How many of us deal with anxiety unknowingly? That feeling of fight or flight. Hands clenching, heart pounding, sweating in situations that hits us out of nowhere. It can be debilitating. There are ways to help.

1. Identify what your triggers are.
2. Identify how you feel once triggered.
3. Identify your behaviors after the feelings. 
4. Implement different strategies to help calm you down. 
5. Implement and repeat.
It make take some time, but stick with it. You owe it to your heart, mind and body.
