Social Work Leadership
That Actually Leads
Research-grounded programs for social workers ready to lead organizations, build independent ventures, and create culturally responsive systems that serve the communities they were built for.
Four Ways to Invest in Leadership
Every program is built from doctoral-level research, direct practice, and over a decade of culturally grounded work in communities that deserve better systems.
The RISE Leadership Program
A 10-week cohort-based leadership development experience for mid-career social workers moving into supervisory, director, or executive roles. Built around the RISE framework — Reflect, Invest, Strategize, Execute — with virtual weekly sessions and two in-person Saturday intensives. Each participant completes a Leadership Action Project applied to a real challenge in their organization.
The BUILD Program
A 12-week cohort experience for social workers ready to launch a private practice (Track A) or build a consulting, training, and program development business (Track B). Two individual coaching calls included. Every participant leaves with a complete Business Launch Plan.
Cultural Leadership Training Program
A three-module organizational training for human service leaders grounded in Intersectionality Theory and Afrocentric Theory. Equips executive teams to practice culturally responsive leadership with Black men in rural and urban settings. Each cohort completes a 90-day equity action plan. Available as an annual organizational license.
